Want to start band...

I am wanting to start a Christian Band in my area. Whats the best way to
advertise for band members? Not sure the paper..."Want ads" are the way to
go here. Just wanting some imput!

Hey there Jay. I see your post is VERY old , but I will give my little input
anyway. In MY state of North Carolina there is a website called
www.ncmusic.com where musicians and bands in the state can advertize for
just about anything!! Check the NC site to get a feel for what it offers and
then google to see if your state has something similar. Thats how I found my
bass player who lives in the SAME city as I do! Let me know how it turns
out.
